Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons golden flax seed meal
a pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 apple peeled and diced
a bunch of raisins
1 cup water
Add ingredients in a bowl.
Microwave 2 1/2 minutes. Stir
and microwave for 1 more minute.
Yield: 1 serving
